WellbeingHQ is an online extension of a reseach project at the Centre of Excellence in Interdisciplinary Mental Health (CEIMH), University of Birmigham, UK.
Our research project is on the topic of online therapeutic encounters. We are attempting to develop a formal approach to presenting therapies online, which corresponds to current, and growing trends in online theraputic offerings that can be seen in computerised cognitive behaviour therapy, for instance.
With a gained understanding of the most effective ways to implement therapies online, the hope is thus that computerised forms of therapies will provide their users with better outcomes and greater lasting thearpeutic impact.
WellbeingHQ is a place to publish, present and discuss our research findings. Further, WellbeingHQ site is also a place to test working prototypes developed in our research.
